How big are the cakes?We have cakes in different shapes and sizes! There's 4 inches, 5 inches, 6... We could go on forever! Besides, customization are available too. Kindly find out about each cake's size and weight in the product details

Should I refrigerate my cake upon delivery?Totally! The cakes need to be refrigerated upon delivery to keep the cake fresh and prevent ruining the treat. Except for Brownies!!

How long can my cake last once I've received it?Cakes will stay fresh for roughly 4 to 7 days if refrigerated.

Can I write a message on the cake?It depends on the cake you've chosen! Some cakes have too many intricate designs for the baker to fit a message. Plus, it wouldn't look as good. Worry not, though, we can opt for beautiful cake topper instead.

Can I add special baking instructions for the baker?We can't guarantee that all special requests can be fulfilled, with the limited time period and available materials taken into consideration, but we will definitely try our best! I received my cake and it looks different from the pictures on the website.Sometimes the cake you have received may differ from what was shown on our website. The photos on display are for illustration purposes, so do take the lighting and photo editing used into consideration. And also, the cakes would not look exactly the same as they are all handmade.

Are all cakes Halal?All cakes are 100% pork free. We do have a couple of alcoholic cakes in our marketplace, which we have mentioned that they contain alcohol in the product details OR customers have the option to exclude alcohol. However, Bakin' Style is NOT halal certified.

How do I place an order?There are 2 ways to do this: - Order through the online site https://bakinstyleashley.wixsite.com/bake/shop - Order through whatsapp especially for customization https://wa.me/60127756491 ***Do note that all orders have to be placed at least One (1) day before pick-up! Step 1: Browse through our wide selection of cakes and pick a favourite! Step 2: Pick your delivery date and time, let us know the number of candles and what message on the handwritten message card you'd like to come with the cake, and click ‘Add to Cart’. Step 3: Go to the cart page and proceed to check out. Step 4: Fill in your shipping details and select your preferred payment method. Once your order has been placed, we will send you a confirmation email. Step 5: Now, kick back and relax whilst we get your freshly baked cake delivered right to you! Be sure that upon placing your order you are contactable through either WhatsApp or call.

Can I place an order for later?Definetely!! It'll be best to pre-order ahead to avoid unforeseen circumstance. At times, we might not be able to accept last minute orders due to overwhelming pre-order. First Come, First Serve!

What do the categories ‘Ready Stock’, ‘1 Day’, ‘2 Days’ and ‘3 Days’ mean?"All the cakes on Bakin' Style have a label that includes a delivery time to notify the buyer on how long it would take. They come in timings of 1 Day, 2 Days and 3 Days. These are labels for the minimum time it takes to get this cake to you. Cakes under the category of "Ready Stock" can be picked-up OR will be delivered to you within the same day of your time of order.

What is the cut off time for the next day delivery / pick up?Kindly place your order before 3pm to receive it the next day.

Does my order come with a knife and candles?Yes, all cake orders come with a cake knife and a candle (if you had not keyed in the number of candles you'd like).

What payment methods do you accept?We accept payment via debit card, credit card, and FPX online banking. Cash for in-store purchase. Cheque for purchase in bulk. (Must be made 5 days before delivery date)

If I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it or get a refund?"All products sold are non-returnable and non-refundable. All sales are FINAL. As your satisfaction is our priority, we thoroughly inspect our products to ensure premium quality before delivering them to you.

Do you ship internationally?Sadly, no. We are based in Muar, Johor, Malaysia and cannot ship out of the country just yet :) All orders are sent in person without any courier help to ensure quality and freshness of baked goods! Does Bakin' Style charge a delivery fee?Yes, we do charge a delivery fee based on the distance between our cafe and your location. Some delivery will be delivered by us personally, while some will be delivered via FoodPanda.

What happens when the recipient is not available to receive the cake?When our rider arrives at the delivery location, they will allocate 10-15 minutes of waiting time. If the recipient is unreachable by call and is not there to receive the cake in the 10-15 minute time frame, the rider send the cake back to the bakery for safekeeping. In that case, a re-delivery charge of RM30 will be imposed. OR customer may come and collect from our cafe.

I want to amend my orderChanges to the delivery location or choice of cake can be made, but a prior notice of a minimum of 24-hours is required. Therefore, this clause only applies to orders for the next day and more. If however, you do notify us under the 24-hours required timing, we will do our best to fulfill the change, but there are no guarantees. Do hit us up on our hotline +6012-775 6491 to check with us. In a case that we are unable to fulfill your change due to the notice being under 24-hours, the initial cake order and delivery time will be fulfilled, regardless.

Can I change the delivery date and/or time?If you have placed an order for a cake to be delivered in less than 24 hours, it might not be possible for you to change the delivery date and/or time. If you would like to change your delivery to a later date and/or time, you may do so only if you notify us at least 24 hours before the delivery date. It'll be best to call our hotline to notify us on the changes. If customer is absent & the cake is not delivered or picked-up within a day of the selected delivery date, the cake will be forfeited and the customer will bear the cost of the cake. Delivery is a very complex and delicate process and sometimes, from making the cake, packing, moving it to the mode of transport, during the period of delivery and delivering the cake so kindly notify us early so we can work things out together :)

Can I cancel my order?Yes, you may cancel your order up until 24 hours before the delivery date you have selected. We will refund the amount paid via online bankin. In very rare cases, should a cake be unavailable after you have purchased the cake, Bakin' Style will substitute the cake with the next best cake possible of the same value.
